Through Sarthak Ek Nai Soch, he endeavours to empower underprivileged communities and drive sustainable solutions to pressing societal issues. Santosh's leadership inspires a collective effort towards creating a more equitable and inclusive society for all. is an industry expert and has worked in various fields such as Fmcg, Media & Entertainment. He brings with himself a cosmic source of knowledge acquired in the past decade by working with MNC’s such as Tata Sky ltd., Dish TV, Oreva and P&G. He has over 18 Years of Experience in Marketing ,Management , Skill Development & CSR Implementation.
Priyanka Singh

Priyanka Singh is a dynamic co-founder of Sarthak Ek Nai Soch, a social initiative dedicated to fostering innovative solutions for societal challenges. With a passion for social change and community empowerment, Priyanka brings strategic vision and leadership to the organisation. Through Sarthak Ek Nai Soch, she strives to create tangible impact and uplift marginalised communities through sustainable development projects. Priyanka's commitment to inclusivity and innovation drives the organisation's mission to address pressing issues and create positive change at the grassroots level. Under her guidance, Sarthak Ek Nai Soch continues to inspire and empower individuals to realize their full potential and contribute to a more equitable society. works in Human Resource and Operation department and holds a master degree in HR from Amity University. She has over 9 years' experience in Human Resource and Operation department. She has worked in Labournet prior to joining Care Skills Academy.

Mr. Om Prakash, having rich experience of more than 40 years in the field of HR, Admin & Corporate Communication domain. Superannuated from the position of Chief General Manager - Power Finance Corporation (PSU of GOI). He was also privileged to serve other pioneer Maharatnas and Navratna Companies of Government of India like NTPC, SJVN and REC in a strategic position.

Mr Anupam Sharma , as Chief learning officer is a qualified Management professional from I.M.T Ghaziabad & LL.B as value addition needed in corporate world. He has diversified & multi industry mix experience of 25 years with varied product & market mix , holding profile of senior management like Vice-president & COO @ Hero Motors, Finlace, Unnati fortune holdings ltd etc. He Had been passionate throughout his career & so being offered more challenges to overcome as opportunities. . Mr Anupam believes in “ Life is a learning process… “ & So adopted the latest art & science of transformation globally accepted i.e. “ Life Coaching”. He has done course from “Grow More “ which is I.C.F(U.S.A) Certified institution.
